This becomes a real cycle (name = title) that the app can run directly. Always tagged Workout + Cardio.

Drives "this week's" vs "past" ordering. Leave blank to use today.
Segment/counter/done chime cues during the run.
The actual workout video someone runs - vertical, under the app's max length. Adventures are always video-based.
